Q. How far in advance should I place an order?
A. It is best to place your order at least 3 weeks in advance, maybe more depending on the type of décor desired.

Q. Why is budget important?
A. It is important to set a budget for balloon décor especially when you are unsure about that type of balloon décor desired. Decoration possibilities are endless. Providing the designer with a budget sets parameters for the type of décor and helps to cut down on the time it takes for the designer to provide you with a proposal.

Q. How long will my balloons last?
A. It depends on many factors. Balloons blown with air can last for weeks. Standard latex 11” balloons blown with helium can last 8-10 hours. We provide options that can extend this float time for an extra fee. Mylar balloons last 3-4 days.

Q. Will my balloons pop easily?
A. It all depends on how you care for them. It is good to consider the weather when planning outdoor events. Extreme heat may cause balloons to pop and are not recommended especially if the colors used are dark. Keep in mind that balloons should not be stored in hot cars and be aware of the surface that they are placed on to avoid popping.

Q. What is needed for a balloon décor consultation?
A. In order save time and to be sure that you get the desired outcome you will need to provide items that will depict color scheme, style, and the desired tone you wish to set for your event. Some great examples would be fabric samples, photographs, party favors, etc. If you don’t have a theme, your designer can assist you. It is also a good idea to be prepared to provide information regarding time, location, and any other details about your event.

Q. What are delivery/set up charges?
A. This will be based upon location. Events in Murfreesboro, NC will have a $20 delivery fee. Events in Winton, NC have a $15 delivery fee. Events in Ahoskie have a $10 delivery fee. For other locations, please contact us. These prices are subject to change and may vary based upon the size of the job.

Q. Do prices include removal of décor?
A. No. For a fee we can remove décor.

Q. What are your prices?
Pricing varies depending on the type of balloons used. Some of our décor starts as low as $8.00. Each job is unique based upon location, type and quantity of balloons, as well as the size and complexity of the job.

Q. How and when do I have to pay?
A. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The rest is due the day of the event. We accept cash, check, or credit cards as payment methods.

Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. You may cancel up to 72 hours of the actual event. The initial deposit will not be refunded. We can discuss availability of another date.

Q. Are balloons biodegradable?
A. Yes, latex balloons are biodegradable. They are made from tree sap and decompose at the same rate as a leaf. Mylar (foil) balloons are not.
